Streaming services are not included and a separate subscription/account is required. Eastlink Internet service is required. TiVo Stream Mobile App requires subscription to both TiVo Stream and Internet service. The Eastlink TiVo Stream mobile app is available to new or existing Eastlink TiVo® Stream customers with select compatible devices and can only be operated while connected to a stable Internet connection (Internet connection meaning WiFi or Mobile Data), for use in Canada only. Usage rates may apply. Availability of live or OnDemand content is based on the channels or add-ons subscribed to, and the geographic location of the customers' service address.
To use the Eastlink TiVo Stream app (“App”), you must subscribe to our Eastlink TiVo Stream TV service with at least one TiVo set‑top‑box. The App is available for download from the app stores on compatible devices (See the list here.). Available content is based on your TV subscription and can only be viewed in Canada on a stable Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). TiVo+ streaming channels are not available on the App and can only be access through the TiVo Stream set-top-box TV guide via the Plex app. Data usage charges may apply off your Eastlink home Internet connection. Due to rights restrictions, some content can only be viewed on your Eastlink home Internet connection (See this page for more information.). Pay‑per‑view content is not available via the App. A maximum of 17 devices can be connected to your TV account (including both TiVo Stream set‑top‑boxes and devices using the App), and only 2 can be in use simultaneously. TiVo+ streaming channels are not available on the App and can only be accessed through your Eastlink TiVo Stream set-top-box.
Any channels that are exchanged must remain on your account for a minimum of one (1) month.
